1. Services Provided

GoldRetreatCenter offers retreat and sanatorium programs for seniors designed to enhance well-being, relaxation, and social engagement. Our facility is located at 8 Marina Boulevard, #38-01 Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, Singapore 018981.

2. Infoproducts

GoldRetreatCenter may offer digital guides, wellness curricula, and online courses tailored to senior health and leisure. Access to these materials is granted after purchase.

3. Goods

We may also sell physical items such as health supplements, relaxation aids, and lifestyle products designed for senior use.

4. Reservation and Payment

All bookings require payment in full at the time of reservation. Charges are processed through our secure platform and confirmed via email.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Services (Retreat and Residential Programs)

If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may request to transfer your reservation to another available date if notice is given at least 14 days before the start date. Transfers are subject to space availability and program scheduling.

5.2 Infoproducts

You may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Returns requested after 30 days or for used items are not accepted unless the product is defective.

6. No-Refund Cases

Certain promotional packages and special offers are sold on a nonrefundable basis. Such conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking. This policy ensures we can secure necessary arrangements and staffing for each program.

7. Transfers

8. Modifications to Terms

GoldRetreatCenter reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will take effect upon posting to GoldRetreatCenter.com.
